Sooty Falcon (Falco concolor)

Sooty Falcon (Falco concolor) is a scarce summer visitor in India.

Size: 33-36 cm

Identification: Sooty Falcon is slim, pale grey, with very long wings. The tail is also very long and wedge-shaped at the tip. The flight feathers are blackish. Found in dry rocky areas.
